Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All our fine jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made to order.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch.
  • If your design requires additional time, our team will update you proactively.

Shipping Within India

  • We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via reliable premium courier partners.
  • Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on destination and courier rates
  • Based on the country and pin code, customers will be notified to pay the exact delivery charge. Delivery receipt will be shared with the customer for transparency
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer.

Order Type

  • We accept prepaid orders only.
  • COD is not available due to the made-to-order nature of our jewellery.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.

Packaging & Insurance

  • All pieces are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
  • Shipments are fully insured until they reach you.
  • Please ensure the package is not tampered with before accepting the delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear, continuous and uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to damage, missing items, or return requests.
  • The video must be recorded from the very beginning — before opening or unsealing the package — showing the condition of the parcel and the full unboxing process without cuts or edits.
  • Claims submitted without this video will not be eligible for review or resolution.

Address Changes

  • Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours of placing the order, address modifications are not possible.

Delivery Delays

  • Shipping timelines may be slightly affected during festivals, sale periods, or unforeseen courier delays.
  • Our team will support you with timely updates if such situations arise.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges (if applicable) may apply.
